Well on monday i went to see mike at the hospital with daniel and nick.
Mikes is doing alot better now. He went home two days ago and is now perfectly stable. I mean everything isd perfectly fine ab out him except for the fact he has a bullet stuck in him for the rest of his life but thats ok hell always be able 2 go thru a metal detector without being searched cuz yeah and so hes doing r eally good and im glad hes getting better and yeah and not hing else is new i wanna go to the amc 2 day but i needa ride tehre and back and ye ah so other then that everything is fine. Feel better mike, we all wish you the best of everything.

hey every 1 this update is for mike aka " Michael John Booth ". Yesterday afternoon at 2 p.m. my best friend mike was shot right through the back in his kidney and he is in critical condition and they cant let any 1 in but i already arranged 2 have them say i am his cousin so they will let me in i feel so bad i cant beleive it why mike i am going to find that person and i swear 2 fucking god i will kill them no 1 deserves this especially mike, he was such as a good person and still is and no 1 is going to do it 2 him its not fair why mike he was such a good person. I almost died today and i owe all my thanx that i am alive 2 nick..... at the begining of the party when it was me mike arya and nick and sergey and justin we were jumping in the pool off of my slide..... i was about 2 jump and i slipped because it was wet cuz there is a mini fountain thign in there and anyway i slipped and i smashed my knee and my stomache into the concrete and my face into the water and then i fell into the water.... i was unconscious so i floated up and nick got me out of the water, i barely remember him doing that cuz i was not breathing for like 5 seconds it was rly scary..... i tried to say that i was ok but i could not talk everytime i opened my mouth i kept moaning...... i bruised like 2 ribs and my knee but i just want to thank god that im alive and i wanna thank nick for helpin me get out of the water cuz if it was not for him and arya i woulda died, i also wanna thank arya 4 jumpin off the slide 2 help nick, i did not sget wet 4 about 4 hours cuz i was lieing down on the swing thingy in pain but i eventually got back in the water but it hurt.... then afterwards we went gopedding and hung out out side and then we all hung out in my room just chilling and hanging out.Eva could not even ride a goped nick had 2 push her hahahahah any way yeah i have 2 huge red marks on my stomache and they hurt like a bitch but my party was rly kick ass and im glad i had it.... thanx all you guys for coming..... i gotta go put more ice on my stomache... go 2 nicks lj( ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) littlesc0pe ) for more info about the accident and so thank you god for keeping me alive, comment if u want and again guys thanx 4 letting me have the best 13th birthday EVER!!!

Well, heres my last and final hope. While i was at my grandmas house yesterday( my dads mom ) my dad told her about the moving thing and how he needed her 2 sign his passport submission paper so he can verify it and we can go. She said he worked so hard to move here why the hell would he want to move back. They got in a big fight. But she said, Look im sry but i will not sign the paper because i dont want you to move and without her signature of authorization i cant budge anywhere not in this country.The reason why is because my grandma is a frequent flyer, so she has a plan, and my dad wants to use it.But, although she is allowed 2 have a guest user, she wont sign it.So now there is a big fight going on and i hope she will pull through and not sign it because that is the only way i can stay here.I also asked 2 live with my uncle, but my dad claims full custody and he wants me 2 go and his word is final.Oh well, hope shit works out...
